Return & Cancellation Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of the product being received.  Options for returns include money back, exchange, and store credit.  All returns must be unused with all original packaging and tags intact.  A change of heart or any other reason not involving damage, or seller's error, will require the buyer to pay return shipping, and they will also be charged a 20% restocking fee, the refund will be based on the amount of the base price (not including shipping).  All damage, and seller's errors will be taken care of by us.  If you need more information regarding returns, please call (757)340-4016 or e-mail info@757sc.com.  We are very flexible and work with all customers in various situations.

Cancellation of an order that has been placed will result in a 3% cancellation fee and charges for product purchased to produce your item (i.e. pictures for framed items) at wholesale cost.  This fee is only charged to cover the price of the processing and administrative costs. We had to enact this because many processors do not refund processing fees on cancellation and refunds.  We also put a lot of time into processing orders so the administrative fee is charged to cover that time that was devoted to your order before cancellation.  The fee is raised to 8% on Sezzle & Shop Pay Installment forms of payment.
